There are more than 80 types of auto immune diseases growing very rapidly over the entire world even at most advanced country like America; about 50 millions Americans are affected with different autoimmune disorders. These are often run in families, and 75 % of women are affected with different chronic diseases of autoimmune origin. Unfortunately as per modern science there are not any curative treatments available till the date.

Ayurvedic View:

According to ayurveda this condition is seen as body energy disorder, as per our previous discussion on the basic humoral factors of the body i.e. the doshas, dhatus,& agni are while get disturbed it affects directly the quantity & quality of vital nutrient extract ‘ojas’ (immunity) due to toxification of body systems (aama deposition) & degeneration of dhatus (dooshya) . This ‘Dosha dooshya samurchhana’ leads to, accumulation of ‘aama’, weakens nourishment of one or more dhatus (body tissues), & ultimately the deflection from normalcy or integrity of ‘Ojas’ i.e. immune misinterpretation contributes in manifestation of an ‘Autoimmune diseases’.

Treatment:

    • Detoxification of body system’s channel.
    • Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Therapy (ART), to rejuvenate affected systems or organs.
    • Immune modulisation.
    • Dietary & life style advice.
